Accessibility statement
Everyone should be able to read this site and use the enquiry form. This is the standard the publisher works to, and how to say if something does not work for you.
The standard
This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. In practice that means text contrast of at least 4.5:1, every control reachable and operable by keyboard with a visible focus indicator, a skip link to the main content, one heading structure per page, labels on every form field, alternative text on images, no content that relies on colour alone, and respect for your operating system's reduced-motion setting.
Known limitations
Programme specification documents are PDFs published by the awarding bodies, and the application page belongs to LSPM; the accessibility of both is outside the publisher's control. We will provide the same information in another format on request, and we can ask LSPM to do the same for its application process.

If you cannot access part of the site, use the enquiry form. We reply within two working days and will provide the content you need in an alternative format while the problem is fixed.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with the response, the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) can advise on your rights under the Equality Act 2010.
